PMC production complex in Kadrina rural municipality

BMF Arkna production complex

The construction of the cinema building was challenging because of its complex and distinctive architectural solutions, which included a lot of glass. It was also special to build the object on the archaeological ruins of the carriage house. Virumaa Teataja recognised the work with the title Virumaa Deed of the Year 2016.
Rakvere Tark Maja

Rakvere Tark Maja has been designed and built in a way to make its energy consumption as small as possible. This is the first public building of its kind in Estonia, built in order to find out how much it is possible to use solar energy and geothermal heat in the operation of a public building. Tark Maja is a good example of the fact that an energy efficient building does not have to be an ugly box with small holes.

Since we could not come to an agreement with the population of Lääne-Virumaa for none of them to fall sick in the meantime, the whole renovation had to be carried out under the conditions of a working hospital. Virumaa Teataja recognised the work with the title Virumaa Deed of the Year 2017.
Vihula manor's outhouse

The old cow-house which was already in pretty bad shape became a new and cosy part of Vihula manor. We built a new tiled roof on a wooden construction, which was selected amongst the best Monier roofs in 2013. We also built rooms, the spa on the first floor and the rooms of the sports centre.

Teiseks, ehitisega koos tuli rajada ka linnaväljak. Ning kolmandaks, keskus vajas ka väga põhjalikku siseviimistluslahendust. Aga head uudised: me saime sellega hakkama. Rakvere, ole terve!
